How does an industrial fryer work?

The material moves at a set speed in a mesh belt or chain conveyor system, and is fried in an oil bath at a constant temperature. The entire process is continuous and uninterrupted, ensuring that each batch of products maintains the same heating time and frying effect.

The fryer machine mainly consists of the following parts:

Oil bath heating system:

Through electric heating, gas heating or heat transfer oil heating, the oil temperature is stabilized within a set range, making the food fry more evenly.

Automatic filtration and oil circulation system:

Fryers are typically equipped with an oil circulation and filtration system. A pump draws oil into the filtration device to remove food debris, keep the frying oil clean, and extend its lifespan.

Continuous conveying system:

Materials are pushed into the oil pan at a uniform speed by the upper conveyor belt, and then pressed into the oil by the pressure mesh belt, ensuring complete immersion and even heating. The conveying speed is adjustable, thus allowing for precise control of frying time.

Fryer machine features:

  • Continuous Production: The automated feeding and discharging systems not only reduce the overall processing time but also enable uninterrupted production.
  • Precise Temperature and Frying Time Control: Temperature can be controlled within ±1℃, ensuring consistent color and crispy texture in every batch.
